Recent example
As Founder and CEO of Global Rights Defenders, I have provided executive and operational leadership for a growing organisation working on refugee rights, migration governance, and socio-economic inclusion. This has included leading project-cycle delivery from planning through implementation and reporting, supervising a mixed team of more than 40 staff and volunteers, managing partnerships with UN agencies, government authorities, and INGOs, and overseeing field-based work in contexts such as Kakuma Refugee Camp. Alongside organisational leadership, I have built reporting and KPI systems, managed donor-facing deliverables, supported governance and budget oversight, and ensured that programmes remain both strategically focused and grounded in field realities.
